ORDERS

Which payment methods do you accept?

We offer several secure payment options: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and pay by invoice with Klarna.

Payments through our checkout meet current security standards. Klarna's terms and conditions apply to Klarna payments. Refunds are also handled through Klarna.

Do I need a customer account to order?

No, you can also order as a guest. A customer account is handy for future orders though, because your details stay saved. With an account you can also collect and redeem loyalty points.

The product I want to order is sold out. What can I do?

Use the notification option directly on the product page. As soon as the item is available again, we will let you know by email.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been dispatched yet, you can cancel it by email to support@mountaindog.de. If the parcel is already on its way, you can start a return once you have received it.

Can you accommodate special requests?

We do our best to meet individual requests. Whether it is special packaging or a particular colour or size - just write to us at support@mountaindog.de.

How can I buy a gift card?

We offer digital gift cards with an amount of your choice. You can order them here in the shop or by email at support@mountaindog.de.

How do I redeem a gift card?

You can simply enter your gift card code at checkout.

How long is a gift card valid?

Our gift cards are valid for 3 years.

What happens to my gift card if I get a refund?

Any unredeemed part of a gift card is automatically credited back to your gift card.

Where do I find discount codes?

Subscribe to our newsletter so you do not miss any promotions.

PRODUCTS

Where do your product designs come from?

Our products are designed exclusively for MOUNTAINDOG and created together with talented designers. Every one of our designs is a MOUNTAINDOG original and available only from us or our stockists.

Can I buy your products in a shop as well?

Yes, we are steadily building our stockist network. An overview will follow soon. Until then, thank you for shopping in our online shop.

How often will I receive a newsletter?

We send our newsletter thoughtfully and only when we really have something relevant to say. As a rule you will receive 2-4 newsletters per month.
